Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy applies only within the first 3 days after receiving the product, and only if the item arrives in poor condition, damaged, or not functioning. Our customer service team will review your return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. All items must be returned exactly as they were delivered, in the same condition in which they were shipped, and with their original packaging. Items with stains, bent cards, broken seals, or damaged plastic film will not be accepted.

If the condition of the returned product is not acceptable, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange.
Customized products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Zharik Creative Studio reserves the right to decline any return request.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

Please contact our customer service team at zharikcreativelab@gmail.com to begin the return process.

Please include the following information:

•⁠ ⁠Order Number
•⁠ ⁠Proof of Purchase
•⁠ ⁠Video or photo of the product to be returned (if applicable)
•⁠ ⁠Full Shipping Address
•⁠ ⁠Phone Number

In some cases, you may be asked to provide a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to issue a refund or replacement.

HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?

Return processing may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your returned item. We will send you an email once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be issued for the product(s) returned. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REPLACEMENT?

We do not issue refunds immediately. If the product does not work or arrives damaged on the first delivery, a new unit will be shipped. If the issue persists, we will review the possibility of issuing a refund.

HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

You may modify or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. To do so, email us at zharikcreativestudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will be happy to assist you.
